In this role, Howard oversees commercial finance, operations, pricing and contracting, and strategic planning. Howard brings over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology commercialization, with expertise in pricing, market access, and financial strategy.

Before joining Valorum, Howard founded Weiser Consulting, advising life sciences companies on launch strategy, reimbursement, and biosimilar commercialization. He previously spent 25 years at Amgen in a range of senior commercial and finance leadership roles, including Executive Director of IDN & Oncology National Accounts, where he led national teams and drove contracting strategies across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Howard earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is recognized for developing innovative pricing models and advancing provider economics in specialty pharmaceuticals.
