In her role as CFO, Cheryl is responsible for leading finance, accounting, operational planning, and strategic growth initiatives for the company. With more than 25 years of experience in biotechnology, life sciences, and public companies, Cheryl has built a reputation for financial leadership and supporting organizations through critical periods of growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Valorum, Cheryl held senior financial leadership positions at several leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies, where she focused on commercial launch readiness, operational scaling, and corporate strategy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is known for building high-performing finance teams that drive business results and enable sustainable value creation.
