Kristen Williams manages finances, marketing, and oversees compliance for Valorum Biologics. Previously, she was CFO and member of the executive committee at Torreya, an investment banking firm serving life sciences companies. Before joining Torreya in 2008, she held management positions at Cowen and Company.

Ms. Frederick earned a B.S. in marketing from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Pace University.
